As Team Manager - You will also receive a Team Manager Password (So you can login in and check to see how the other members of the team are registering).
The Team Manager will also be asked Where you are going to stay in Hamilton ie Will you be “Finding your own Accommodation” or Staying at the “HILAC” option, or wish to camp in the “Hamilton Showgrounds” using the camping area or the Sheep Judging Pavilion. This question is to ensure we understand the demands on the accommodation options in 2025.

On Route Catering - 2025
The Committee is busy working on how to enhance the M2M experience with this years ride. An important aspect of this is the provision of on-route catering.
Mildura Route: There will be a short compulsory STOP at the Warracknabeal Roadhouse for about 20 minutes in the early evening (248 Kms from the start). Food - drinks and toilets are available.
Echuca Route: Rapid Relief Team will provide Breakfast at the Start point at the Echuca Discovery Centre. There will be a short compulsory STOP at Stawell for about 20 minutes in the early evening - Refugee Support Group will be providing some BBQ Food at Stawell - Menu in the next newsletter.
Hamilton Start - Sunday 6 April: Lions Club of Hamilton will provide a BBQ Breakfast and Java Jive will provide Barista Coffee etc at the Hamilton Showgrounds from 5:30 am to 7:00 am.
Macarthur Route to Port Fairy: The Macarthur Lions has supported the M2M for many years by providing hot pancakes, Egg & Bacon Rolls + Tea & Coffee to sustain riders for the last 50 Kms into Port Fairy. Regretfully they have now gone into recess and will not be able to assist us in 2025. We are looking for a replacement - so watch this space!
Penhurst Route to Port Fairy: Hawkesdale Critical Emergency Response Team provide home cooked Cakes, slices plus Tea & Coffee.
