6 Weeks and 4 Days to the 36th Murray to Moyne Cycle Relay
2023 Team Registration: How to Register Your Team ?
The Captains need to Register the Team and themselves first. Once this is completed, Team Captains will e-mail members of the team a link and password - inviting team members to Register. Team Captains can also login and check the progress of your teams registration. ie Who has and who has not registered.
Step 1: Gather the information required to register:
-
Your name and contact details as team captain and be prepared to organise the riders in your team.
-
The official name and donation contact at your charity (name, phone & email) - generally this is the CEO or Finance contact at the charity.
-
Your preferred team name.
-
Decide which ride and your start, ie Mildura, Swan Hill or Echuca
-
Are camping at the Hamilton Showgrounds on Saturday night or do you need to book accommodation?
Step 2: Register the team online:
Register Your Team Now
Step 3: M2M approves your team:
-
Your team management page goes live on the M2M website.
Step 4: Invite other to join your team.
-
Additional riders may now join your team and pay their own entry fee online. Invite them to join your team with the special link we emailed to the team captain when M2M approves the team.
-
Each Team member will be asked for their personal, medical and emergency contact details during the registration process. This information will only be used in the case of an emergency.
Team Captains should also be aware that their E-mail systems sometimes send the Team Registration Confirmation E-mail to the "Junk" folder. So if you cannot find it - check your "Junk" or "Spam" Folders !
Please Note: When an individual Registers - it does take some seconds for the process to work. Press the Submit button only once - as we have had a couple people get impatient and keep pressing the Submit button - resulting in multiple payments. These are refunded - but you don't need the hassle !
Team Milestones: Congratulations - Warwick Tasker - Team 70
This year Warwick Tasker has been riding in the Murray to Moyne for 34 years – Graham Woodrup roped him into riding when he had not really been into bike riding only marathon running. At that time he didn’t have a bike himself so Warwick and a couple of others shared a bike for the event – one on and one off.
Team 70 has been the same for at least 32 years now – it’s called Chiropractic for Health – started from a Hamilton base and for the last 17 years is Wodonga based.
Welcome to New Teams: Cycle For a Corz.
We are a small but passionate group of cyclists who love a challenge. We are not a club but rather all High School mates that have kept in touch for over 20 years, riding together most weeks.
We are incredibly excited about participating in this event, not only from the cycling challenge, but the opportunity to honor our close friend, Corey (affectionately known as Corz), who lost his fight with cancer in 2014.
Over the years, we have participated in a number of charity events. The ability to again ride in honor of Corz, raising funds to do our part in finding a cure for cancer is something we all hold close to our hearts.
We are a pretty simple and bubbly bunch of guys so don’t be shy to say hello at the event. We can’t wait!
Riding for the Peter MacCallum Cancer Foundation.
