Registrations will Open – 1 February 2021 – Subject to Health Advice

The M2M Team are busy working on February 1, 2021 Date for the Team Registration Portal Opening.

Given the current Covid-19 pandemic situation here in Victoria, the M2M Committee last night confirmed its wish to open the Registration Portal for Teams and Participants on Monday 1 February 2021.  (Subject to Health advice).

Once the Registration Portal Opens, the process for registration involves – Each Team Captain – Registering the Team.  Then the Team Captain will receive a Team password (via E-mail), the Team Captain will then send this Team Password to all your Team Members (riders & supporters), who can then Register themselves.

We are preparing to conduct a Covid-19 SAFE event in March 2021 and that will require some modifications to the way we normally run the event.

Each Team Captain will be designated as the “Covid SAFE Officer and some extra requirements will be necessary in terms of how the event will be conducted.  (Specific Details will be provided over the next couple of weeks).

Thanks to the many Team Captains to completed the quick survey or phone poll that was conducted just before the Christmas break.  The feedback was important in our decision making process.  We are grateful for the teams that indicated that they may not participate in 2021 and for your enthusiasm for returning in 2022.

The Committee reserves the right to cancel the event if, we feel the event may compromise or put at risk the health of any of the participants and or volunteers.  If in the event we do have to cancel the event, all Registration Fees will be fully refundable up until the start of the event.
