Team Captains Update E-mail
Team Participant Registration Closes:
Sunday 22 March 2026. (Riders & Support Crew)
We are very aware of the fuel situation, but all advice is indicating that there is enough fuel available at the moment, for the event to proceed. We are recommending drivers plan your fuel stops and if concerned ring ahead to check on availability.
We also request that Team Captains – resend this E-mail update to all your Team Members – so that everyone is fully informed. Its unfortunate, but our use of the “Mailchimp E-mail System” has been interrupted as Mailchimp has been taken over by another company, who have now limited the number of people we can e-mail to. Please resend this e-mail to all your team members!

Echuca Route
New Location for Stawell BBQ: The Dinner BBQ has had to be relocated to Cato Park in Stawell due to a National Fire Brigade Championships being held in Stawell on the Saturday Evening. Instructions are: Come down the hill as you enter the town, Turn Left before you reach the Railway Line into Napier Street, Central Park is on your Left – Go past Victoria Street – then from the roundabout – Turn Left into Sloan Street – Cato Park is on your Left. We will have Marshalls assisting.
Stawell BBQ Menu: Plain Hamburger - $2:50. Hamburger with the Lot - $6:50, Sausages in Bread $2:00, Vegy Burgers – Plain $3:00, Lot $7:50, Egg & Bacon Sandwiches $4.00. 500 Ml Water – Free, Soft Drinks $2.50, Barista Coffee Van available. EFTPOS or Cash payment available.
Hamilton Breakfast: Please note – Lions BBQ NOT available this year. Barista Coffee, Yogurt & Granola, etc available from the HILAC Café.
